Get back to Nature

Natural ingredients for your skin

My Journey for natural skin care began many years ago after I had my second child. I was suffering from skin conditions and didn’t understand why. I started to look into alternative sources and decided to make my own products for me and my family. Over the years it has snow balled into something beautiful and I want to share it all with you.

I enjoyed making Handmade soaps and natural skin care I knew was safe to put on my baby’s skin. I was giving them massages everyday after their baths, so it was very important to me to use the best ingredients possible. There have been so many discussions on YouTube lately of all the toxic ingredients and what health ailments they can cause, including cancer. The use of petrochemicals, fragrances, Phthalates, and artificial colors used to put on our skin is mind blowing. I hope that we as a whole open our eyes to all of this and be more proactive for ourselves and our children’s futures.

I have researched about what oils, butters, and essential oils are good for different areas of your lifestyle. It is my mission to teach people alternative ways and post recipes and videos about natural skin care. Massage oil may be an easy first to make. Start by using a carrier oil such as sweet almond oil, Jojoba oil, and apricot kernel oil. By adding options of essential oils to help relax sore and tired muscles such as chamomile, lavender, frankincense, arnica, and bergamot just to name a few , you now have a great and healthy oil to use on your skin with now worries. That’s a good start, not to mention now there is no need for lotions that are filled with fragrance, alcohol, and a long list of crazy ingredients you can’t pronounce.

I will be sharing more posts weekly and more ideas and recipes for all kinds of alternative skin care and much more. Follow us on Instagram as Beeveryhappyllc or beehappymutt . We get a little silly at times and live with joy and as healthy as we can. Trust me it is so freeing to live like this and know you are doing the best for your health. Until next time, have a healthy and safe New year! Let’s make this new year a better one!
